• Commercial and industrial floor systems
• Garage organization and storage solutions (overhead racks, wall storage, cabinets)
• Specialty finishes including decorative acid stains and metallic/reflective epoxy floors

All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and signed estimate agreement. We reserve the right to decline or modify the scope of any project based on site conditions.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delaware Concrete Coatings is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier.

We offer free on-site estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is subject to change if the scope of work, site conditions, or customer requirements change after the estimate is provided. All pricing is outlined in the written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to work commencing.

Payment terms will be detailed in your project estimate or agreement. By accepting our estimate and proceeding with services, you agree to the payment schedule outlined therein. Failure to remit payment by the agreed date may result in project delays or additional fees. We accept payment by cash, check, and credit card.

Delaware Concrete Coatings offers a lifetime warranty on our floor coating workmanship. Warranty coverage details, including terms, conditions, and exclusions, are outlined at www.delawareconcretecoatings.com/warranty/ and in your project documentation. The warranty applies to workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, or conditions outside normal use.

To ensure a successful project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project, property, and contact details
• Ensure safe and accessible conditions for our crew to perform the work
• Clear the work area of vehicles, stored items, and obstructions prior to the scheduled start date
• Allow adequate cure time before returning the floor to normal use as directed by our team
• Make timely payments per the agreed terms
• Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after the project

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide — including your name, address, phone number, and email — is used solely to fulfill your service requests and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
